Overnite Oats

Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1 cup vanilla hemp milk
  • 2 tbs. chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tbs. maple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a bowl or  tupperware container. Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, top with coconut flakes.
